COTTAGE BOOKING RULES
- Cottage Booking Rules
- Advance booking by members is limited to a period of 3 months.
- Advance booking by affiliated members is limited to one month.
- Maximum duration of booking is limited to 10 days.
- Re-booking will be allowed after a gap / interval of 30 days.
- For bulk booking beyond Two cottages not permitted.
- Do not book cottages for foreign nationals as your guest.
- Foreign nationals who are members of Affiliated Clubs are not permitted to book cottages.
- Note that the Club is located in Restricted Area.
- Notes:-
- 1. Cottage Tariff includes complimentary breakfast only.
- 2. GST as applicable.
- COTTAGE BOOKING CANCELLATION
- (a) 1 MONTH TO 3 MONTHS – 10% OF FULL TARIFF
- (b) 15 DAYS TO 1 MONTH- 20% OF FULL TARIFF
- (c) 2 DAYS TO 15 DAYS – 50% OF FULL TARIFF
- (d) LESS THAN 2 DAYS – 100% FORFEIT
